Nghe nói cái dự luật này có đủ thứ “hầm bà lằng” trong đó. Xứ người ta làm gì cũng phải có luật. Ra được một bộ luật mà có ích cho mọi người là danh tiếng để đời.

Tui ở phương xa, hỏng rành chuyện luật lệ. Mà nó cũng chẳng ảnh hưởng chi tới mình. Có điều thấy anh Mút cự ổng dữ quá. Nên tìm hiểu xem sao. Thấy rằng dự luật này định hình các chính sách mà ông dượng ấp ủ. Mà sao tui nghi nó bị … “ấp” rồi… “ủ” luôn. Vì thấy nhiều chống đối. Đảng DC, dĩ nhiên là “chăm phần chăm” rồi. Họ rất khoẻ. Cứ cái gì của ông Trump là chống không cần biết nó đúng hay sai. Đảng CH đa số ủng hộ ông nhưng không mù quáng. Họ cân nhắc hơn thiệt trước khi bỏ phiếu. Theo tui, đây là cái hay của CH. Chứng tỏ tinh thần dân chủ. Ai nói ông Trump là vua thì bây giờ nên tự uýnh vào cái miệng của mình được đó. Ổng hồi hộp, đứng ngồi không yên. Chứng kiến ông bạn thân rời xa mình và có thể trở thành đối thủ trong tương lai. Mới thấy rằng người làm chính trị phải hy sinh mọi thứ để đạt mục đích. Mấy tay hốt hoảng bán cổ phiếu và trái phiếu. Giờ đang ôm hận. Anh Canada là… ẩu nhất. Tức ông Mỹ rồi bán hết trơn trái phiếu . Anh Trung Cộng thì khôn hơn. Bị “đì” quá trời mà vẫn “ôm”. Nên giữ được tài sản. Giờ ông Trump phát hành trái phiếu là các nước giành nhau mua. Thế mới hay tiến sĩ cũng trật. “Dân buôn” lại đúng.

Nên cái vụ vay mượn, vào tay ông Trump, bà con có thể tin tưởng. Ổng… quen vay mượn rồi. Nghe nói cũng từng… phá sản vài lần mà vẫn gượng lại được. Chắc chắn kinh nghiệm cùng mình. Chắc chắn là hơn mấy tay cả đời chưa nắm đồng tiền. Chỉ biết sách vở hay chỉ biết hùng biện.

Hay đổi cái xe cà rịch cà tàng thành xe mới. Đời tui chưa bao giờ được mua xe mới. Xài cái gì cũng… second hand. Ngay cả… lấy vợ.

Một vấn đề khác của giảm thuế là kích thích người ta làm việc. Nước nào bây giờ cũng thiếu nhân công. Cách hay nhất là tăng giờ làm. Thời nay việc nặng nhọc đã có máy móc hay robot. Nghĩ xem,một kỹ sư phải tốn biết bao công sức học hành và đầu tư. Làm có 40 giờ một tuần thiệt uổng. Chỉ cần tăng thêm mươi giờ nữa, là kinh tế vọt lên liền. Đôi bên đều có lợi. Chớ mà thuế má xiết quá để lấy tiền lo cho người nghèo. Thì ngu gì mà không tàn tàn cù lũ cho nó khỏe. Mà làm ra nhiều lại xài nhiều. Chính phủ cứ gst 10% lụm lại. Chớ họ không có tiền xài thì cũng đâu có 10%.

Chuyện có thật. Một cặp vợ chồng trẻ ở tiểu bang Washington. Chồng người Mỹ. Vợ VN. Ông chồng thì hiền. Sao cũng được. Cô vợ lanh lợi. Là fan của JNN. Có tâm sự rằng sống ở tiểu bang này rất yên ổn. Cuộc sống tĩnh lặng trôi qua. Đi làm đóng thuế. An sinh xã hội tốt đẹp. Nhưng không dư tiền để có thể giúp đỡ gia đình ở VN. Nên cũng băn khoăn hỏi người… bên Úc. Tui … xúi. Tuổi trẻ nó qua không lấy lại được. Trẻ mà làm tàn tàn hưởng thụ cho đời mình thì quá dễ dàng. Nhưng quanh mình còn bao “hoàn cảnh”. Nhất là người thân gia đình. Sống ích kỷ thì dễ ợt. Sống bao dung mới khó. Nên trẻ phải làm nhiều. Mới lo cho con, mới dám đẻ thêm con, hoặc lo thêm cho một ai đó của riêng mình. Cháu đó move qua Texas hồi năm ngoái. Cháu đi trước để “cày”. Chồng và hai con vẫn còn ở Washington. Nước Mỹ bao la. Nơi nào kiếm tiền nhiều thì đi đến đó làm lụng. Khi có chút vốn thì bước ra kinh doanh. Những người làm theo “công thức” này đều có “hậu vận” tốt.

Ông Trump cũng muốn vậy. Muốn nhiều người làm việc chăm chỉ và phải có chính sách khuyến khích họ. Không gì hay bằng… tiền. Tui khoái vậy. Không gì vui bằng có… tiền. Ngoài ra chỉ là sáo rỗng. Khi có nhiều người làm việc siêng năng thì xã hội cũng có tiền để lo cho người kém may mắn hơn. Đó là lẽ thường. Common sense. Chính phủ mượn tiền dễ. Lấy tiền đó thi hành các chính sách để người lao động kiếm được tiền. Thí dụ như cũng phải đầu tư mấy khu công nghiệp để hãng xưởng dọn về thì mới tạo công ăn việc làm. Chớ không có tiền thì chỉ nói cho sướng miệng. Ông Trump nói là làm. Không nói cũng làm (bombing). Sợ nhất nói một đàng mà làm một nẻo. Rất may ông đã có nhiệm kỳ 1 thành công. Đó là credit cho phe ta tin tưởng. Giờ không tin ổng thì sẽ tin ai? Bà con chỉ giùm tui coi!

Bữa nay, lần đầu tiên tui mới thấy ông dượng văng tục (tiếng Mỹ là F…) khi chửi con mẹ phóng viên đài “chuyên nói nhảm”. Cái đài này “dìm hàng” ông Trump bất cứ chuyện gì không cần biết đúng sai. Cả chục năm nay rồi. Ông ghét. Nhưng chỉ nói móc họ thôi. Đại khái là fake news chẳng hạn. Lần này f you luôn.

Vì sao ổng nổi giận vậy? Vì họ “dìm hàng” cả quân đội Mỹ. Mà đại diện là các phi công cũng như các chiến sĩ hải quân, tình báo. Họ được giao nhiệm vụ. Hoàn thành và trở về. Không được một lời tán dương. Chỉ toàn chê bai, dè bỉu. Không đ m mới lạ. Họ thấy hình có ba cái lỗ rồi nói rằng Mỹ tốn cả tỷ đô để… biểu diễn.

Chừng nghe bên quốc phòng giải mật ngày hôm nay. Mình mới thấy người Mỹ không làm chuyện bốc đồng. Hơn ba chục giờ bay cho nhiệm vụ phá cái cơ sở hạt nhân Iran, họ đã chuẩn bị các kế sách từ gần 20 năm trước. Đúng là theo kiểu Mỹ. Gọi là “lập trình”. Khi cần là rút ra xài. Lính tráng thời bình mình tưởng họ rảnh rang. Ai ngờ phải tập luyện để luôn luôn sẵn sàng.

Nghe quốc phòng Mỹ kể. Từ khi Iran có chương trình hạt nhân, họ đã cẩn thận kiếm một nơi núi non hiểm trở. Đào sâu dưới lòng núi. Nơi mà thả một trái bom nguyên tử cũng không “si nhê”. Vậy là chắc ăn rồi. Phe ta có địa đạo CC mà Mỹ cũng chịu thua mà.

Thì lúc ấy Mỹ cũng tìm tòi, nghiên cứu một loại bom nào đó có thể khoan thủng bê tông. Bom gì mà cắm xuống không nổ ngay, phải được độ sâu bao nhiêu đó mới nổ. Thật khó khăn chớ. Mỹ giao cho các công ty sản xuất bom đạn làm việc này.

Tình báo Mỹ và Do Thái đã gài người từ ngay lúc Iran… “đào hang”. Sơ đồ căn cứ cập nhật. Và Iran lộ ra một điểm yếu chết người. Hang sâu thì phải có lỗ thông hơi. Nói rằng thả bom không ăn thua gì hết. Gọi là…”gãi ghẻ”.

Sau buổi họp báo “giải mật”. Chắc chú Ủn cũng… són đái. Và có lẽ Mỹ có đủ kế sách cho khắp nơi: Trung Cộng hay Nga Sô… Hy vọng VN họ không thèm ngó. Mình mới thấy người ta làm chuyện gì cũng phải tính trước. Vậy mà bao công sức bị đám “giặc trong”. Trong đó có một số “vẹt” tỵ nạn nữa, “dìm” không thương tiếc. Phải làm sao mà Iran chịu ngưng bắn?. Không phải dễ. Bài trước tui đã nói là họ phải thấy… quan tài.

Ông Trump phải F, chứng tỏ bây chưởi tao thì được. Đụng đến quân đội là tao không tha. Được người lãnh đạo như vậy. Thảo nào thanh niên Mỹ giờ đăng lính ầm ầm. Chẳng bù dưới thời anh “đen”, quảng cáo tốn cả tỷ đô mà không một mống làm thuốc.

Có một điều cũng làm tui vui lắm. Gọi Trump bằng “dượng” xem như là bản quyền của tui từ mấy năm nay. Nhiều người gọi theo luôn. Các bài có dịch tiếng Anh, tui không dùng Uncle mà dùng Daddy mới sát nghĩa. Kỳ này có một ông bự ở NATO cũng gọi ổng là…dượng. Ông dần dần chiếm cảm tình người ta. Từ việc 2% GDP cho quốc phòng không ai chịu đóng đủ. Giờ tăng 5% cái rụp. Chỉ có ông “tây bán nhà” là không chịu.

Thì cũng lấy tiền đó mua vũ khí Mỹ chớ sao. Dân Mỹ giờ rủng rỉnh đếm tiền nghe!

Russia and some other countries, strategic weapons are based on rockets. They strongly develop these weapons. Maybe they have some techniques or technologies. During the Vietnam War. The opposite side was aided by the Soviet Union with many types of rockets. They just had to carry them on shoulders to the battlefield to use. When launching, they even only needed two diagonal wooden bars to make a launching pad. They just shout orders and hundreds of rockets would launch at once.
